应中共中央对外联络部邀请，6月7日至9日，以孟加拉国民族社会党联合总书记纳德尔·乔杜里、共产党（丹麦）党主席洛特·于特夫特—麦德森为团长，由19个国家的22位共产党领导人和中青年理论家组成的世界共产党理论干部考察团访问沈阳。

省委副书记、沈阳市委书记王新伟会见考察团一行。他说，辽宁是中国重要的工业大省、开放大省、科教大省、文化大省，肩负维护国家“五大安全”重要使命。当前，辽宁正深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的二十大精神，在新时代东北振兴上展现更大担当和作为，扎实推进中国式现代化辽宁实践。我们愿与各国朋友一道，深入推动党际交往，广泛开展政策对接，积极扩大人文交流，分享治理经验，共同为国家间文化交流和关系发展贡献力量。

考察团重点围绕习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想及其在地方的成功实践、中国式现代化理论体系及其在地方的成功实践、中国经济高质量发展的重要举措和成功实践、新时代党的建设特别是基层组织建设等方面进行参观考察。在沈阳市皇姑区三台子街道牡丹社区，考察团深入调研社区基层党建、幸福教育、志愿服务、养老服务的生动实践，表示希望能够继续深入对接相关社区，学习社区治理经验。在中共满洲省委旧址纪念馆，考察团一行追溯了中共满洲省委领导各阶层民众坚决抗击日本入侵者的往昔历史。在中国工业博物馆，考察团了解了中国工业的发展历程，多项“工业之最”和大国重器让考察团成员不时地发出声声赞叹。在北方重工，考察团一行与公司党委负责人就企业发展情况及基层党建在企业发展中的作用进行深入交流，现场提问互动不断，气氛热烈。考察团成员表示基层党委带领员工一道共同促进企业发展的经验值得深入学习思考。考察团一行还参观了沈阳老北市、故宫博物院、中街步行街以及沈阳国际赛艇中心，考察我市文体旅融合发展情况，高度赞扬我市“国际沈”建设取得的丰硕成果，纷纷喊出“你好，沈阳”的深情祝福。

Workshop for Cadres of Theoretical Research of the World Communist Parties Visits Shenyang

At the invitation of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, from June 7th to 9th, Workshop for Cadres of Theoretical Research of the World Communist Parties consisting of 22 Communist Party leaders and young and middle-aged theorists from 19 countries, led by Nader Chowdhury, Joint General Secretary of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal of Bangladesh, and Lotte Rortoft-Madsen, Chairperson of Danish Communist Party, visited Shenyang.Wang Xinwei, Deputy Secretary of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee, met with members of the workshop. He noted that, Liaoning, as an important province in China renowned for its industry, openness, scientific research, education and culture, has been undertaking the important mission of safeguarding the country's "five major securities". At present, Liaoning is thoroughly studying and implementing the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, showing greater responsibility and action in the revitalization of the Northeast in the new era, and firmly promoting the practice of Chinese path to modernization in Liaoning.We are willing to work with friends from various countries to deepen and extend exchanges among parties in policy making, culture, governance experiences, and jointly contribute to cultural exchanges and the international relations.During the visit, the workshop focused on studying Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era and its successful practice in local governance, the theoretical system of Chinese path to modernization and its successful practice in local governance, the important measures and successful practice of high-quality development of China's economy, and construction of the Party, especially the grass-roots level in the new era. In Mudan Community, which is located in Santaizi residential area of Huanggu District, the workshop conducted in-depth research on the practices of grassroots party building, joyful education, volunteer services, and elderly care services in the community. They expressed their hope to continue to connect with relevant communities and learn from community governance experience.At the Memorial Hall of the former site of the CPC Manchuria Provincial Committee, they reviewed the history of the Committee's leadership in resolutely resisting Japanese invaders. At China Industrial Museum, they learned about the evolution of China's industry, and marveled at many "industrial pinnacles" and major national treasures.At Northern Heavy Industry, they had in-depth and intense discussion with the company's party committee leaders and raised one and another questions on the development of the enterprise and the role of grassroots party building in enterprise development. The members of the workshop expressed that the experience of grassroots party committees leading employees to jointly promote enterprise development is worth in-depth learning and reflection. The workshop also visited Laobeishi, Shenyang Imperial Palace, Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, and Shenyang International Rowing Center to investigate the development of cultural, sports, and tourism integration in Shenyang. They highly praised the fruitful achievements of "International Shenyang" construction and spoke out their heartfelt greetings in the words "Hello, Shenyang".
